Coaches and Directors
I’m the Head Coach for 11-12 year olds for Tollefson Swimming and have been coaching in MCSL since 2022. I started swimming when I was 7 years old and was eventually recruited to swim at the University of Maryland. From there I’ve competed at multiple national and international meets including Olympic Trials in 2012. One of my major goals for my swimmers is for them to develop a love for racing and bettering themselves both in and out of the pool.

I've been with the Geese for over ten years now. My best memories
on the team have been swimming and playing with the coaches when I
was younger, which is why I’m thrilled to return as an
assistant coach this year!
As a former King Farm swimmer, I also swam competitively at RMSC
Rockville and have now finished my first year swimming club at
Purdue University.
Outside of swimming, I enjoy working on creative passion projects,
thrifting clothes, and playing volleyball.
I’m excited to make this year a fantastic one for the
Geese!
Hi! My name is Joyce Wu, and I swam for King Farm Swim Team for over a decade. I'm really excited to return to the team I grew up with and coach the new generation of Geese! Outside of summer league, I swam for Rockville Montgomery Swim Club and competed three semesters in Division I swimming before transitioning to coach club swimming at Northeastern University. Currently, my competitive sport is ballroom dancing, which I compete in at the collegiate level. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this season! Go, Geese!
